This is Day 7 in the 1/2 CMBA Blogging Marathon to post for 13 days in October.
Saturday evening, my husband asked me if I’ve been reading my Bible and praying everyday. I recognized that the Lord was reaching out to me through my husband. I’m a water runner at times. I will run myself silly trying to pour out His living water to everyone else while my own spirit becomes parched. I realized that I am thirsty and in need of times of refreshing in God’s Word. I need to be in His presence. Shortly after midnight, I watched several online sermons by our beloved Pastor Don Moore. He teaches the truth from the Word of God and does not water it down or sugarcoat it. We love him very much–our spiritual father. He married us, baptized our family, and always speaks love and hope into us and our futures. I pray he is blessed with many more years as a shepherd of God’s sheep.
I watched three videos, and in this one that I’m sharing with you, his sermon really reached into my spirit and touched me deeply. I pray you will receive it as well! May God bless you and keep you. Enjoy your Sunday 🙂
