Bringing God Back

A marriage without God is like a pride of bald lions with no mane and no appetite, a flock of peacocks with no feathers, oceans devoid of fish and aquatic life, the Arctic completely thawed of its snow and ice.
A marriage without God is a marriage without its crowning glory and lacking Who makes it BEAUTIFUL–GOD πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½
πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½ Prayer πŸ›πŸ›πŸ›
Lord God show us how we have exiled you from our midst and turned away from desiring Your presence. Help your covenant marriages. Restore unto husbands and wives the glory and blessing of Your presence as we return You to our presence into our hearts into our households. Your presence is needed and desired among us in our marriages. Without You Lord, they are without glory and we just want to honor You in how we display the beauty of Your creation– our covenant marriage. According to Your Word in 1 Chronicles 13, give us the desire and longing for Your presence so that we make Your will our focus all to Your glory. In Jesus’ name, AMEN πŸ›πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½

1 Chronicles 13:3-4 ~”Let us take the covenant chest of our God from its exile in Kiriath-jearim and return it to our presence, making it our focus, since we did not keep it with us during Saul’s reign. Everyone agreed with David that this was right: the chest of the covenant should be among the people.”
