Covenant Combat

God intends for a husband to lead his wife. He cannot lead her effectively without submitting Himself to the authority the Headship of Christ Jesus! Men of God, cover your wives! Pray for them and protect them in all manners—physically and spiritually! God intends for a husband to consider his wife in the decisions and choices he makes in life. She is the weaker vessel according to 1 Peter 3:7 and is called to “adapt herself” to you (v.6) and has more than likely left her kin and country to make a new life with you; so give honor to your wife and marriage.

Stop fighting each other and fight the enemy! Lead the prayers and be the leader—be the aggressors in spiritual warfare. Follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

A strong marriage is one with Jesus at its center with husbands and wives ready to lift each other should one fall or stumble. They are submitted to each other out of reverence to Jesus.

is what we pray for! Not just restoration and resurrection of dead marriages but REGENERATION! Regenerate and cause to grow —even multiply all those things in our hearts and lives that will EXCEEDINGLY BLESS MARRIAGES. Help both husbands and wives to work together to war together in the SPIRIT so the devil cannot have a foothold in our midsts! We are looking to You for miracles for Your touch upon prodigals to return them to their places at their spouse’s side so that kingdom couples can stride forward together taking the enemy by storm with GREAT VICTORY!!!! Show us how to wield our swords ⚔️ Your Word—against the enemy!!! Turn it around 🌬Breathe upon every husband and every wife and give each a revelation and willingness to obey Your will!!!! Place Your desires in our hearts that all the carnal longings will fall away and die as YOUR desires YOUR will fills our hearts to overflowing!!!! Make Your covenant marriages LIVING TESTIMONIES that we serve a LIVING GOD WHO PROMISES US VICTORY 🌈OVER THE ENEMY. We give You all the praise for all You have done and are about to do on our behalf.

1 Peter 3:6-9 “just as Sarah obeyed Abraham [following him and having regard for him as head of their house], calling him lord. And you have become her daughters if you do what is right without being frightened by any fear [that is, being respectful toward your husband but not giving in to intimidation, nor allowing yourself to be led into sin, nor to be harmed]. In the same way, you husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way [with great gentleness and tact, and with an intelligent regard for the marriage relationship], as with someone physically weaker, since she is a woman. Show her honor and respect as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered or ineffective.

Finally, all of you be like-minded [united in spirit], sympathetic, brotherly, kindhearted [courteous and compassionate toward each other as members of one household], and humble in spirit; and never return evil for evil or insult for insult [avoid scolding, berating, and any kind of abuse], but on the contrary, give a blessing [pray for one another’s well-being, contentment, and protection]; for you have been called for this very purpose, that you might inherit a blessing [from God that brings well-being, happiness, and protection].”

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 “Two are better than one because they have a more satisfying return for their labor; for if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and does not have another to lift him up. Again, if two lie down together, then they keep warm; but how can one be warm alone? And though one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”
